KHACHIMO Workstation P920 1400W power supply DPS-1400EB A 54Y8978

SKU CH-YKSH-YECD9

ATX power supply delivering 1400 W with 80 PLUS Gold efficiency, Modern Standby support, zero-RPM fan mode and resonant LLC topology for clean, quiet power

  • Product typeATX
  • Modern Standby support gives extremely fast wake-from-sleep and better low-load efficiency
  • 80 PLUS Gold certified for high efficiency, lower power draw, less noise and cooler temperatures
  • Zero RPM fan mode stops the fan at low and medium loads for near-silent operation
  • Resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion delivers clean power and reduces coil whine
  • 1400 W ATX power supply built for workstation P920 systems

1400W ATX workstation power supply

The KHACHIMO P920 delivers 1400 watts of ATX power for high-demand workstation builds. It suits professionals configuring multi-GPU render nodes, simulation rigs or server-grade single-socket systems that require sustained heavy loads.

80 PLUS Gold and Modern Standby support

Gold certification reduces waste heat and lowers operating cost during long compute sessions. Modern Standby compatibility enables near-instant wake from sleep, while the resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion keeps voltage stable and suppresses coil whine.

Zero RPM fan mode for silent idle

Below moderate load the fan stops completely, eliminating acoustic noise in quiet studio or office environments. Buyers who need active cooling at every load level or who require redundant hot-swap modules should evaluate alternative designs.

Questions about this item

Does the 1400W unit have any user-replaceable parts that will wear out over time?

The internal cooling fan is the only moving component; it can be replaced if bearing noise develops after years of continuous operation.

What limits the DPS-1400EB A when it runs at full 1400W output for long periods?

Thermal protection will throttle or shut down the supply if case temperature exceeds its design limit before the electrical rating is reached.

How loud and hot does the 54Y8978 get when powering a workstation all day?

Zero RPM mode keeps the fan off at low and medium loads for silent running; under sustained heavy load the fan spins up and exhaust heat rises, but 80 PLUS Gold efficiency helps contain both.
