Coiled Lightning Cable for CarPlay

The kigpozi 5T is a retractable Lightning cable built for Apple iPhone models from the 11 through 16 series. Its coiled design stretches from a compact 6 inches up to 4 feet, keeping a vehicle centre console tidy while delivering up to 3.1 A charging current and 480 Mbps data transfer. The cable carries Apple MFi certification, so it works reliably with CarPlay and standard charging ports.

Drivers who want a clutter-free CarPlay link

This cable suits motorists who plug an iPhone into a USB-A port for wired CarPlay and charging at the same time. The elastic coil retracts automatically, preventing loose cable loops around the gear lever. Buyers who need a straight cable for desk charging, a USB-C connector, or longer reach beyond 4 feet should look at a different design.

3.1 A maximum charging current

The single figure that decides fit is the 3.1 A peak output. It matches the highest current the Lightning interface on supported iPhones can accept, so the phone charges at its fastest wired rate. If a vehicle port or power adapter cannot supply that current, charging will be slower, but the cable itself imposes no lower limit.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the cable is delivering the full 3.1A charge after plugging it in?

Your iPhone will display the charging icon and reach expected battery levels quickly; the built-in MFi chipset ensures the 3.1A output is negotiated correctly with the device.

What comes in the package and is a car power adapter included?

The box contains two 4FT coiled Lightning cables; a USB car charger or powered port is not included and must be supplied separately.

Should I choose the 4FT version or a longer length for CarPlay use?

The coiled design extends from 2FT to 6FT, so the single 4FT model covers both short and long reaches without needing a different size.
