Conduit Outlet Body 19 cu in

The Killark GECCT-1M is a threaded conduit outlet body made of powder-coated iron. It provides a straight pull point for 1/2 inch rigid metal conduit runs in hazardous locations. The flat-back design suits surface mounting where a compact junction is required.

19 cubic inch capacity

The 19 cu in internal volume accommodates the conductor fill allowed for 1/2 inch trade size conduit. It handles straight splices and angle pulls within that limit. Larger conductor counts or bigger wire gauges exceed the permitted fill and require a larger body.

Threaded 1/2 inch hub interface

The single 1/2 inch threaded hub accepts only compatible rigid metal conduit. Cover compatibility is limited to the listed 2GOU, 4GOU, GECBCB, GECBCM and GECEY models. The fixed hub size and straight orientation prevent use with flexible conduit, other trade sizes or angled entries.

Questions about this item

Will the 19 cu in capacity leave room for wire splices when I connect it to my existing 1/2 in rigid metal conduit?

The 19 cu in body capacity provides space for conductors and splices inside the outlet body when used with 1/2 in rigid metal conduit.

How can I confirm the threaded hub is properly sealed after installation?

Verify the powder coated iron body and threaded 1/2 in hub engage fully with the conduit, and ensure the included cover seats against the flat back for a complete enclosure.

Does the package include the cover or do I need to order a 2GOU or GECBCB separately?

The cover is included with the conduit outlet body, so a separate 2GOU, 4GOU, GECBCB, GECBCM or GECEY cover is not required.
