Breakroom Multi-Fold Towels

Kimberly Clark Scottfold KCC45957 towels are designed for commercial breakrooms and cleaning tasks. Each sheet measures 9.40" x 12.40" and dispenses one at a time from compatible universal folded towel dispensers. The white, soft material absorbs moisture efficiently to reduce wasteful usage. This product suits facilities managers stocking high-traffic washrooms or kitchen areas.

Upgrade from Roll or Stack Towels

Switching to this multi-fold format replaces loose stacks or roll towels that can dispense multiple sheets at once. The one-at-a-time mechanism cuts consumption and keeps surfaces tidy. The jump is worth it when refill frequency or cross-contamination from bulk handling becomes a concern. First listed by the manufacturer on March 17, 2021, the design targets efficiency and value.

Fits Universal Folded Towel Dispensers

These towels require K-C Professional universal folded towel dispensers for proper operation. They free up storage space compared to bulky roll cartons because flat packs stack neatly on shelves. The 9.40" x 12.40" sheet size matches standard dispenser openings without modification. Buyers who need centre-pull or roll dispensing cannot use this product.

Questions about this item

Which dispensers accept the 9.40" x 12.40" towels?

The towels are made for K-C Professional universal folded towel dispensers that take multi-fold sheets of that size.

How do I load the towels so they dispense one at a time?

Open the dispenser, place the stack with the fold facing down and the leading edge toward the opening, then close the cover — overfilling the compartment is the step that causes jams.

When should I replace the refill?

Replace the refill when the stack runs out; the white colour makes it easy to see the remaining quantity at a glance.
