Adds wireless charging to USB-C phones including Galaxy A51, A20E and Pixel 2 with a slim Qi receiver patch
This thin Qi receiver adds wireless charging to Android phones that have a USB-C port but no built-in coil. It is aimed at users who want cable-free charging without replacing their current handset. The short version fits compact Type-C devices such as the Galaxy A51, A20E, A20 and Pixel 2. It will not work with iPad models or any device that lacks a USB-C connector.
Wireless power is delivered through the Qi standard, but the receiver itself draws energy from the USB-C port. To reach the rated 5 V/2 A (10 W) input you must pair it with a Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 adapter. Standard computer USB ports and basic chargers often cannot supply enough current, so charging will be slower or may not start at all.
Verify that your phone uses a USB-C port and not Micro-USB or Lightning, because the receiver only plugs into Type-C. A thick or metal back case can block the magnetic field, so you may need to remove the case or use a thin non-metallic one. The adapter is not included, so confirm you have a compatible QC 2.0/3.0 power brick available.

It fits Type-C Android phones such as Galaxy A51, A20E, A20 and Pixel 2; it does not work with iPad or non-Type-C devices.
Standard charging needs at least 5V/2A (10W); a QC 2.0/3.0 fast-charge adapter gives the best result.
The patch draws power through the phone's USB-C port, so the phone's own charging circuitry caps the actual input.
