Concord Tub/Shower Faucet

The Kingston Brass Concord tub/shower faucet delivers a complete bathing solution with a contemporary oil rubbed bronze finish. Solid brass waterway construction resists tarnishing and corrosion for lasting durability. A single metal cross handle controls flow and temperature through a pressure-balanced washerless cartridge. The set includes a six-inch reach shower arm and escutcheon for a clean installation.

Ideal for Single-Handle Pressure-Balance

This fixture suits bathrooms requiring a pressure-balance valve with 1/2-inch IPS inlets and a unified trim appearance. The 2.2 Gpm flow rate meets standard efficiency needs for combined tub and shower use. Buyers needing a thermostatic valve, a multi-function handshower, or a two-handle widespread layout should look at alternative configurations. The included components cover standard tub/shower requirements without extra purchases.

Pressure-Balanced Washerless Cartridge

The quarter-turn washerless cartridge maintains consistent water temperature by balancing hot and cold pressure fluctuations. It operates at a rated 2.5 Gpm at 60 psi supply pressure with a normal spray pattern. This valve type protects against sudden temperature changes during household water use. The ten-year limited warranty covers the cartridge and finish against defects.

Questions about this item

Does the Concord tub/shower faucet include the valve and trim in one box, or must I buy a rough-in valve separately?

The complete set ships with the pressure-balance valve, brass waterway, cross handle, escutcheon and 6-inch shower arm — no separate rough-in purchase is required.

Should I choose the 2.5 Gpm @ 60 Psi rating or the 2.2 Gpm flow rate for my installation?

Both figures describe the same faucet: 2.5 Gpm (9.5 Lpm) is the maximum at 60 psi supply pressure, while 2.2 Gpm is the certified flow rate under standard test conditions.

How does the 2.5 Gpm @ 60 Psi headline figure feel in a real shower?

At typical household pressure it delivers a full, steady spray through the single normal pattern; the pressure-balance cartridge keeps temperature stable when other fixtures run.
