Concord Centerset Lavatory Faucet

The Kingston Brass KB4645DL is a centerset bathroom faucet designed for three-hole installations on sinks or countertops with a four-inch spread. It suits homeowners updating a smaller bathroom who want a coordinated look with the included matching finish drain and pop-up assembly. The oil rubbed bronze finish provides a traditional accent for modern or transitional decors.

Installation and Common Issues

Centerset design simplifies the process by combining the spout and handles on a single base unit that fits standard three-hole configurations. No special tools are required beyond common plumbing wrenches and sealant. The main difficulty arises if the existing sink holes do not match the four-inch centers or if the mounting surface is uneven, which can prevent a watertight seal.

Four-Inch Center Spread

The critical specification is the four-inch distance between the outer mounting holes, which must match the sink or countertop drilling exactly. If the current fixture uses a different spread — such as a widespread eight-inch layout or a single-hole design — this faucet will not fit without modifying the mounting surface. Verify the hole spacing before purchase.
