1GB DDR 333 SO-DIMM module for compatible Panasonic and Gateway systems
This 1GB 200-pin DDR SO-DIMM runs at DDR 333 (PC 2700) with CL2.5 latency at 2.50V. It is an unbuffered, non-ECC module without a heat spreader, built to match the original Panasonic part numbers CF-BA511024 and CF-WMBA401024B as well as Gateway 5000735.
It fits owners of compatible Panasonic notebooks that require a single 1GB DDR 333 SO-DIMM. It is not for systems that need ECC error correction, registered buffering, a different pin count, or a higher module capacity than 1GB.
The 200-pin DDR SO-DIMM form factor combined with the DDR 333 (PC 2700) speed rating is the single specification that determines compatibility. Only notebooks designed for this exact pin layout and signalling rate will accept the module.

The 200-pin SO-DIMM socket is rated for many insertion cycles; under normal use the module itself needs no maintenance and will not require scheduled replacement.
The CL2.5 latency and 333 MT/s bus speed set the bandwidth ceiling; the memory controller cannot push data faster than the rated PC 2700 specification allows.
Operating at 2.50 V without a heat spreader, the 1 GB module draws modest power and runs cool enough for passive airflow in a Panasonic notebook chassis.
