Z2: Steel Soldiers Steam download

Z2: Steel Soldiers is a downloadable strategy game published by KISS and delivered as a Steam code. The title updates the classic Z with a full 3D engine and modernised visuals while keeping the original hard‑core gameplay loop. Buyers receive an online code that activates directly on Steam.

Strategy fans on legacy Windows PCs

The game runs on Windows XP SP3, Vista SP1, 7 or 8 and needs only an Intel Core 2 or AMD 64 X2 processor, 2 GB of RAM and 900 MB of storage. It suits players who want a light real‑time strategy experience on older hardware. Buyers seeking a native macOS or Linux version, or those who prefer a DRM‑free installer, will not be served by this release.

Steam DRM requirement

Activation and play require a Steam account and the Steam client installed. The product is a digital code with no physical media, so an internet connection is mandatory for redemption and subsequent launches. If you cannot or do not wish to use Steam, this code will not work for you.

Questions about this item

Will 2 GB RAM be the first limit during long play sessions?

The game lists 2 GB RAM as its memory requirement, so sustained sessions will hit that ceiling first if other programs run alongside it.

Does the Intel GMA 950 graphics requirement mean the system stays cool and quiet all day?

The Intel GMA 950, GeForce 7 Series and Radeon X1000 series targets are low-power parts, so heat and fan noise stay modest during extended play.

Must the buyer already own a Steam account to activate the online code?

Yes, the DRM is Steam, so a Steam account and the Steam client are required before the code can be redeemed and the game launched.
