LG Gram USB-C 65W Adapter

This 65W USB-C AC adapter is built for LG Gram 14, 15, 16 and 17 series notebooks. It matches the original power requirement so the laptop charges at full speed while you work. The unit is UL, CE and FCC certified with printed UL numbers on the case. Buyers who need a higher wattage brick for a gaming laptop or a proprietary barrel connector cannot use this model.

UL-Certified Safety and Compact Build

The adapter includes over-voltage, over-temperature and short-circuit protection among its six-plus safety features. Its lightweight, travel-friendly housing fits easily in a bag for office, home or mobile use. No extra cables, tips or software utilities are bundled in the package. Users who expect a multi-tip kit or a detachable mains lead will not find them here.

Simple Plug-In Installation

Connect the USB-C plug to the Gram's charging port and the mains lead to a wall socket; the laptop recognises the charger immediately. The only common issue is attempting to power a Gram model outside the listed 14, 15, 16 or 17 series part numbers, which may prevent charging. No driver installation or firmware update is required for supported units.

Questions about this item

Does the cable or USB-C connector on this 65W adapter wear out and need replacing?

The USB-C connector and cable are built into the adapter; if the connector loosens or the cable frays after long use, the whole unit would need replacement.

What stops this 65W charger from delivering full power during a long work session?

Over-temperature protection will reduce output if the adapter gets too hot during sustained load, so thermal limits appear before the 65W rating is exceeded.

How hot or noisy does this 65W adapter get when it runs all day?

It has no fan, so it runs silently; the case will become warm to the touch under continuous 65W load, but over-temperature protection keeps it within safe limits.
