Crimps non-insulated open-barrel terminals from AWG 20 to 10 with a self-releasing ratchet mechanism and adjustable compression wheel
This ratcheting crimping tool is built for non-insulated open-barrel terminals and receptacles in the AWG 20-10 range. It suits electricians, automotive technicians and panel builders who need repeatable, full-cycle crimps on uninsulated connectors.
The internal ratchet forces a complete crimping cycle before the handles release automatically, preventing partial crimps. A built-in quick-release lever lets the user open the jaws at any point if a terminal is misaligned. An adjustable compression wheel changes the crimp height to match different terminal thicknesses within the stated wire range.
The tool is marked for three wire bands: AWG 20-18, 18-14 and 12-10. If your work uses insulated terminals, heat-shrink connectors or wires outside the AWG 20-10 window, this crimper will not produce a reliable joint.

The tool is marked for AWG 20-18, 18-14 and 12-10 so select the die that matches the wire gauge you are crimping.
It forces a full cycle and auto-releases when the correct crimp force is reached, giving a uniform crimp every time.
The star wheel lets you set the crimp height so the force matches the terminal and wire combination you are using.
