Bundle contents

This bundle provides two KLH CK-6800 installation kits and two Legrand MS3800 8-inch in-ceiling speaker pairs. The kits are engineered for Faraday Series F-6800-C speakers, while the Legrand units use high-efficiency blue mica fiber woofers and silver mylar tweeters. Together they suit whole-house audio distribution in residential settings.

Installation prerequisites

Verify that your ceiling cavity can accommodate the supplied pre-construction brackets before ordering. The KLH kit is specific to the Faraday Series F-6800-C model, so confirm speaker compatibility with that exact series. Ensure wiring routes and amplifier channels are planned for a stereo pair in each zone.

Sustained operation

Foam gaskets on the Legrand speakers maintain an airtight seal that limits vibration during extended playback. The mica fiber woofers and PEI mylar tweeters are designed for low distortion, preserving clarity at continuous listening levels. This construction supports reliable performance across multi-room installations over long periods.

Questions about this item

Does the bundle include the KLH Faraday F-6800-C speakers or only the CK-6800 install kits?

The bundle supplies two CK-6800 installation kits for Faraday Series F-6800-C speakers plus two pairs of Legrand MS3800 8-inch in-ceiling speakers; the KLH F-6800-C speakers themselves are not included.

Should I choose the Legrand MS3800 speakers for a whole-house audio system or look at another model?

The MS3800 3000 Series is described as ideal for whole-house audio distribution, using high-efficiency blue mica fiber woofers and silver mylar tweeters for clear, low-distortion sound across multiple rooms.

How does the CK-6800 kit affect the performance of the Legrand MS3800 speakers once installed?

The CK-6800 kit is engineered for KLH Faraday F-6800-C speakers; it does not mount or tune the Legrand MS3800 units, so any performance benefit applies only if you later add the matching KLH speakers.
