Automatic Wire Stripper for 24-10 AWG

The Knipex 12 62 180 is an automatic wire stripper designed for solid and stranded cables from 24 to 10 AWG. It suits electricians and technicians who need fast, repeatable insulation removal. The tool adjusts automatically to each wire size. A cushion grip handle adds comfort during prolonged use.

Fits in a Tool Bag or Bench Setup

At 7 1/4 in overall length it sits easily in a tool pouch or on a workbench. The automatic mechanism removes the need for manual blade adjustment between jobs. This frees up time otherwise spent setting strip depth by hand. No external power or accessories are required to operate it.

Handles 24 to 10 AWG Solid and Stranded

The steel blade covers the full 24 to 10 AWG range in a single setting. It strips both solid and stranded conductors cleanly within that window. Cables thicker than 10 AWG fall outside the stripper's capacity. Very fine wires below 24 AWG are also not supported.
