Magnetic Jaw Caps for 4 in Vises

These two aluminium jaw caps fit any vise with a 4 in jaw width. Magnetic backs hold the caps securely in place while you clamp workpieces. The fibre covers protect surfaces from distortion and clamping marks. Machinists, fabricators and maintenance technicians use them to avoid marring finished parts.

Check Vise Jaw Width Before Ordering

Confirm that your vise jaws measure exactly 4 in wide; the caps are sized to that dimension only. The magnetic attachment works on standard ferrous vise faces. No additional hardware or adapters are required for installation.

Fibre Faces Resist Wear Under Repeated Clamping

The fibre covering maintains its protective qualities through many clamping cycles without tearing or compressing permanently. Aluminium bodies retain their shape and magnetic grip during sustained use in shop environments.

Questions about this item

What comes in the pack and is any extra hardware needed to fit the caps?

Two fiber-faced magnetic jaw caps are included; they attach directly to any 4-inch vise jaws by magnetism so no bolts, adhesives or tools are required.

How do I know the F-4 is the right version for my vise?

Choose this model when your vise jaws measure exactly four inches wide — the cap width and length are both four inches to match.

What does the four-inch dimension mean once the caps are on my vise?

Each cap covers the full four-inch jaw face, giving a flat, non-marring fiber surface that grips workpieces magnetically without leaving clamping marks.
