Ratcheting cable cutters handle up to 38 mm diameters with adjustable handles for confined spaces
The Knipex 95 32 038 ratcheting cable cutters handle copper and aluminium cables up to 38 mm in diameter. The ratchet mechanism multiplies hand force so electricians and maintenance crews can sever thick conductors with less effort. Comfort-grip handles reduce fatigue during repetitive cutting tasks on site or in the workshop.
Handles can be angled to set the optimum grip width, letting the tool work inside tight cabinets or trunking where straight handles would bind. The ratchet releases instantly with a thumb lever if the cut must be aborted or the jaws cleared. Do not use on steel wire, armoured cable or live conductors; the tool is not insulated for voltage protection. Buyers needing cuts beyond 38 mm or insulated jaws for live work should choose a different model.
Measured against everything we stock in Electrical Trade Tools & Kits, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Test on a cable near the 38 mm limit; the ratchet should advance smoothly and the blades shear cleanly without binding.
The 95 32 038 ratcheting cable cutter with comfort-grip handles is supplied complete; no separate handle purchase is required.
