Product Purpose

The Knox Gear Knee Walker Pad Cover adds a soft cushion layer to most standard knee walkers. It is designed for people recovering from lower-leg surgery or injury who need extra comfort during daily mobility.

Thermals Noise Power

As a non-powered fabric cover, it generates no heat, noise or electrical draw. The breathable padding helps disperse body heat and reduces sweat build-up during extended wear.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The cushion retains its shape and pressure-relief properties throughout the day without bottoming out. It stays securely fitted during continuous indoor and outdoor use and can be removed quickly for cleaning.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the Knox Gear knee walker pad cover to my walker, and what step do people often miss?

Slip the cover over the existing knee platform and pull it snug so the elastic hem grips the frame rails; the step many skip is centring the thicker cushion zone under the knee before smoothing out wrinkles.

What part of the cover will wear out first and need replacing?

The soft cushion foam compresses permanently after months of daily weight-bearing, so the pad itself is the component that eventually requires a new cover.

Under sustained daily use, what limit appears first — heat build-up, foam bottoming out, or seam stress?

The foam bottoms out first; after several hours of continuous kneeling the enhanced padding loses its rebound and transmits pressure to the knee joint.
