Pocket projection for on-the-go sharing

The Kodak Luma 150 is a pocket-sized projector built for mobile professionals and casual viewers who want a big-screen experience anywhere. Its integrated battery and speaker make it a self-contained unit for impromptu presentations or movie nights without cables. Wireless mirroring from smartphones adds convenience for quick content sharing.

150-inch maximum image with 60 ANSI lumens

The projector throws an image up to 150 inches diagonally at a native 854 x 480 resolution. At 60 ANSI lumens, the picture is best suited to darkened rooms; ambient light quickly washes out contrast. The 1000:1 contrast ratio and 16.7 million colours provide acceptable depth for casual viewing, but fine detail in bright scenes remains limited.

Connectivity caps at 1080P input

The device accepts signals up to 1080P via HDMI but downscales to its native panel. Wireless AirPlay and Miracast mirroring work only with non-copyrighted downloaded content; streaming apps require an external stick. The rechargeable battery lasts up to 2.5 hours, covering a single feature film but not a full binge session.

Questions about this item

Will the 60 ANSI lumen image stay watchable when I keep the room lights on?

At 60 ANSI lumens the picture is visible in dim conditions; for daytime viewing you will want to close blinds or wait until evening for a clearer image.

How can I confirm the native 854 x 480 resolution is active after I connect my laptop?

Open the projector menu — the information screen lists the current input resolution as 854 x 480 when the native mode is engaged.

The box lists HDMI and micro USB cables; do I need a separate power adapter for the 2.5 hour battery?

The projector charges through the supplied micro USB cable using any standard 5 V USB charger or computer port; no dedicated power brick is required.
