This pocket-sized photo printer produces 2×3 inch prints using Zink Zero Ink technology. It connects to iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth or NFC and is powered by a built-in battery rated for up to 25 prints per charge. The package includes a matching Barbie deluxe camera case and two themed paper designs.

Best for instant prints and gifting

Buyers who want a compact, ink-free printer for stickers, scrapbooking or party keepsakes will appreciate the sticky-backed paper and portable design. It is not suited for anyone needing larger formats, high-volume output or archival-grade colour accuracy beyond the smudge-proof, water-resistant Zink media.

Check phone compatibility and paper supply

Verify that your smartphone runs a supported iOS or Android version for the Kodak Step Prints app before ordering. Ensure you have a USB charger for the built-in battery and budget for additional 2×3 inch Zink sticky-backed paper packs to continue printing after the starter supply runs out.

Questions about this item

Does the Kodak Step Slim printer need any cables or a power outlet to print 25 photos on one charge?

No cables or outlet are needed; the built-in battery delivers up to 25 prints per charge and the printer connects to iOS or Android phones via Bluetooth or NFC.

Can I still print from an older phone that only has Bluetooth and no NFC?

Yes, Bluetooth alone is enough to pair the printer with the Kodak Step Prints app and send photos for printing.

How do I know a print has finished correctly without opening the printer?

The app shows the print job status and confirms when each 2x3” ZINK photo is complete, so you can verify success on your phone screen.
