Xbox One action puzzle game

Super Bomberman R on Xbox One is a top-down action puzzle game where players guide Bomberman heroes through 3D stages with dynamic environments. The story mode supports solo play or local co-op for two players. Up to eight players can compete locally or online in classic Battle Mode. Grand Prix introduces a new team-based competitive mode.

Solo, co-op and party players

The game suits anyone wanting a colourful arcade experience they can play alone, with a friend on the same console, or in larger groups locally and online. It does not suit players looking for a first-person shooter, a realistic simulation, or a narrative-driven single-player campaign without multiplayer focus.

Eight-player local and online multiplayer

The defining specification is support for eight players in both local and online Battle Mode, plus Grand Prix team matches. This capacity decides whether the title fits a household or group that regularly gathers eight controllers or connects eight accounts for competitive sessions.
