Edition contents

For Honor Marching Fire Edition on Xbox One delivers the complete base game plus the Marching Fire expansion in a single retail package. The M-rated action title adds the Wu Lin faction with four new heroes, the 4v4 castle-siege Breach mode and an Arcade mode for solo or two-player co-op PvE. A new training mode guides players from apprentice to master while graphical enhancements refresh the visual experience.

Best fit

Players who want every hero, map and mode available immediately will find the edition convenient. The package suits fans of team-based melee combat who enjoy both competitive multiplayer and repeatable co-op content. Buyers seeking a purely single-player narrative campaign without online requirements or those who prefer firearms-focused action should look elsewhere.

Long-session behaviour

Arcade mode generates fresh objectives, enemies and modifiers each run, so extended play sessions stay varied without repeating identical scenarios. Breach matches unfold across multiple phases — ram push, gate breach, commander duel — creating natural pacing that avoids the fatigue of short round-based modes. Progression earned in any mode carries across all others, keeping long-term advancement steady.

Questions about this item

Does this game run on an original Xbox One console?

Yes, the title is built for the Xbox One platform and will play on any model in that family.

Can I jump into the new Breach multiplayer mode with friends who own the base version of For Honor?

Breach is part of the Marching Fire expansion, so every player needs this edition or the separate expansion to join those matches.

How do I confirm the arcade mode rewards are carrying over to my multiplayer profile?

After completing an arcade run, check your hero progression screen — earned gear and experience will appear there and be available in all multiplayer modes.
