Professional Lectern for Presentations

The Konig & Meyer 12386 Ovation Pro Series Lectern in silver is a professional sound lectern built from durable extruded aluminum. It features acoustic insulation with shock-mount plates that absorb shocks and vibrations for crystal-clear audio during presentations. Two 3-pin XLR microphone sockets provide seamless audio integration for professional sound quality in any venue. The sleek aluminum finish adds modern elegance to the speaker's presence.

Suited for Speakers Needing Integrated Audio

This lectern suits presenters who require built-in XLR microphone connectivity and acoustic isolation for gooseneck or lightweight microphones in professional or academic settings. It is not for buyers who need a lectern without integrated sound reinforcement or those who require wireless microphone systems since only wired XLR sockets are provided. Users needing a fixed-installation podium without portability should also consider other options.

Fits Mobile Presentation Setups

The lectern folds to dimensions of 46.693 x 10.039 x 24.409 inches for transport between event locations. Infinitely adjustable height and angle settings customize the unit to the speaker's comfort on stage. An integrated cable management system with feed-through bushing and cable clips keeps wiring organized. The sloping column design provides ample legroom while the embossed manuscript rest with stop rail secures notes during use.

Questions about this item

Do I need to supply my own microphones to use the two 3-pin XLR sockets?

Yes, the lectern provides two acoustically insulated 3-pin XLR sockets for gooseneck or lightweight XLR microphones, which are not included with the unit.

Can I keep using my existing gooseneck microphones with 3-pin XLR plugs on this lectern?

The two insulated 3-pin XLR sockets accept standard XLR plugs, so your current gooseneck or lightweight microphones will connect directly.

How can I confirm the acoustic insulation is reducing vibration noise after I set up the lectern?

Tap the lectern surface while a microphone is live; the shock-mount plates should prevent handling sounds from reaching the output, giving a clean signal.
