A USB-C cable delivering 20 Gbps data, 4K 60 Hz video and up to 240 W PD 3.1 charging with E-Mark protection for Thunderbolt 3 and 4 devices
This USB-C cable supports USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 speeds up to 20Gbps and Power Delivery 3.1 up to 240W. It carries 4K@60Hz video and audio when both host and display support the function. An integrated E-Marker chip manages power negotiation and protects connected devices during high-wattage charging.
Buyers with Thunderbolt 3 or 4 laptops, monitors or docks will see the full 20Gbps bandwidth and 240W charging capability. The cable is backward compatible with USB 3.1, 3.0 and 2.0 devices, though speeds and power will fall to the lowest common standard. Users whose ports only support USB 2.0 or basic charging will not benefit from the headline data or power rates.
The cable comfortably delivers up to 50V at 5A for 240W charging when paired with a compatible PD 3.1 adapter. Data moves at up to 20Gbps between two USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB4 or Thunderbolt 3/4 endpoints. Video output reaches 4K@60Hz where the source and sink both support DisplayPort Alt Mode. Bandwidth drops to the lowest linked standard if either end lacks Gen 2x2 or Thunderbolt support.

You need a USB-C Power Delivery adapter that supports PD 3.1 at 50 V / 5 A to deliver the full 240 W. The cable works with 100 W, 96 W, 87 W, 61 W, 60 W, 30 W, 18 W and 15 W adapters too, but only a PD 3.1 240 W brick enables the maximum rate.
No. The 20 Gbps rate requires both ends to connect to USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB4, Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 ports. With USB 3.1, 3.0 or 2.0 ports the cable falls back to the slower standard of that port.
Verify that your source device and display both have USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 ports with video-out and video-in support. When correctly connected the external monitor will show a 4K 60 Hz signal.
