Mining Power Supply

The Korg APW7 is a new ATX power supply designed for older Bitmain ASIC miners such as the Antminer S7, S9, T9, L3 and D3 that require an external unit. It delivers 1000W on a 100-140V circuit and 1800W on a 200-264V circuit.

Miners needing external PSU

This unit suits operators running compatible Antminer models that did not ship with a built-in power supply and need ten PCI-Express connectors. It is not suited for builders who need standard ATX or Molex connectors for general PC components.

Variable wattage by voltage

The single specification that decides fit is the dual-rated output: 1000W at 100-140V or 1800W at 200-264V, so the available mains voltage determines whether the unit can power the intended miner.

Questions about this item

What does the 1000-1800W range mean for my mining rig?

The unit delivers 1000W on a 100-140V circuit and 1800W on a 200-264V circuit; the higher voltage is recommended for full output.

Which power standard do the 10 PCI-E connectors follow, and what does that limit?

Ten PCI-Express connectors are provided; no Molex, ATX or other leads are included, so only devices with matching PCI-E inputs can be powered.

What physical mounting does the ATX-type chassis need?

The supply uses an ATX form factor, fitting standard ATX mounting points and screw spacing in compatible cases or frames.
