Koss UR23i over-ear headphones

The Koss UR23i model 189270 are over-ear headphones with an in-line microphone and controller. They use a closed-back cup design and D-Profile ear cups shaped to follow the ear contour. The binaural ear coupling and ultra-soft cushioning support extended listening sessions. A lightweight build at .65 weight units makes them suited for daily use and travel.

Wired listeners who want simple call control

These headphones suit anyone who prefers a tethered connection and needs a built-in mic for calls or voice commands. The in-line controller handles play, pause, track skip and call answer without touching the source device. Buyers who want wireless freedom or active noise cancellation should look elsewhere. The fixed cable design also limits use cases where a detachable lead is required.

D-Profile ear cups for fit and isolation

The defining specification is the D-Profile ear cup geometry, which mirrors the natural ear shape to improve seal and comfort. This design works with the closed-back cups to provide passive sound isolation in noisy environments. If the fit profile does not match your ears, the isolation and comfort benefits will be reduced. The .65 weight and binaural coupling complete the core wearing experience.
