Lightweight On-Ear Headphones

The KTXPro1 is a supra-aural headphone weighing 0.5 units with an adjustable headband for a secure fit. Its titanium layered diaphragm produces sound across a 15-25KHz frequency response with THD below .2%. Designed for portable use, it suits listeners who want accurate reproduction without the bulk of over-ear models.

Wired Connection With Dual Connectors

A straight, dual-entry cord runs 4ft and terminates in a 3.5mm plug; a 6.3mm adapter is included for larger jacks. No battery or wireless pairing is required, so the headphones work immediately with any compatible source. The in-line volume control puts level adjustment at your fingertips, freeing you from reaching for the device. Open foam cushions allow ambient sound to pass through for situational awareness.

Efficient Driver With Hear-Through Design

At 60 ohms impedance and 103 dB sensitivity, the drivers reach loud volumes from low-power outputs such as phones or laptops. The open, hear-through ear coupling prevents pressure build-up during long sessions and keeps the soundstage airy. With no active electronics, there is no self-noise or charging downtime. THD stays under .2% at normal listening levels.

Questions about this item

How does the 60 ohm impedance affect all-day listening comfort?

The 60 ohm impedance is easy for phones, laptops and portable players to drive, so the headphones reach loud volumes without straining the source or heating up during extended sessions.

What level of sound leakage should I expect from the open, hear-through design during long use?

The open foam ear cushions deliberately let sound pass both ways; people nearby will hear your music clearly and you will hear ambient noise, which is the intended hear-through behaviour.

Which audio sources already have a compatible 3.5 mm or 6.3 mm jack for the included plug and adapter?

Any device with a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack — phones, tablets, laptops, portable players — works directly; the 6.3 mm adapter adds compatibility with home audio gear and professional equipment.
