On-the-go listening with hybrid ear-cup design

The Koss UR40 is a lightweight over-ear headphone built for portable use. Its collapsible frame and screened ear cups let wearers stay aware of their surroundings while enjoying full-frequency sound.

Plug-and-play setup with included adapter

Installation is as simple as connecting the 3.5 mm plug to a compatible source. A gold-flashed 6.3 mm adapter is supplied for equipment with larger jacks. The 4 ft cord is fixed, so cable replacement is not possible if it becomes damaged.

60 ohm impedance matches portable and desktop gear

The 60 ohm input impedance allows the headphones to be driven adequately by smartphones, laptops and dedicated amplifiers alike. Buyers who need a lower impedance for very weak outputs or a detachable cable for easy servicing should consider other models.
