25ft Flexible DisplayPort Cable

The Kramer 971717025 is a 25-foot DisplayPort cable built for installations that demand a thin, pliable wire. It suits AV integrators and system builders routing signals through tight conduits, rack cabinets or Kramer TBUS furniture. The flexible jacket eases cable management in permanent infrastructure projects.

Thermals, Noise and Power

As a passive copper cable it produces no heat, emits no noise and draws no power of its own. Signal integrity is maintained across the full length without active circuitry or external supply. The thin construction reduces physical strain on panel ports during long-term deployment.

4K@60Hz 4:4:4 Resolution Limit

The cable supports a maximum resolution of 4K at 60 Hz with full 4:4:4 chroma sampling. Builders needing 8K, higher refresh rates or HDR metadata beyond this specification must select a different cable class. Lengths from 0.3 m to 7.6 m are offered for shorter runs.

Questions about this item

How do I route the 25ft flexible DisplayPort cable through a Kramer TBUS enclosure?

The thin, flexible jacket allows tight bends; feed the connector through the TBUS cut-out first, then follow the cable's natural curve rather than forcing sharp angles.

What maintenance or replacement will the 25ft flexible DisplayPort cable need over time?

No scheduled maintenance is required; inspect connectors for dust or bent pins and replace the cable only if 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 signal integrity degrades.

What limit appears first on the 25ft flexible DisplayPort cable during sustained 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 use?

The 25ft length is the primary constraint; signal quality at 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 depends on staying within this distance without repeaters.
