Converts 15-pin HD to five BNC connectors using 75Ohm mini coax for routing computer graphics signals
This Kramer Electronics cable converts a 15-pin HD female connector to five 75 Ohm BNC male connectors. It bridges the two most common cabling formats used for routing computer graphics video signals. The 3-foot length suits short runs between source and display or switcher equipment.
Built with Kramer BC-5X high-resolution mini coax cable, the assembly maintains consistent impedance across all five conductors. Molded terminations protect the solder joints from strain during permanent installs. The 75 Ohm BNC ends preserve signal quality on longer distribution paths.
The cable handles analog RGBHV or component video carried on the 15-pin HD and 5 BNC interfaces. It does not convert digital protocols such as DVI or HDMI, nor does it embed audio channels. Lengths beyond 30.5 metres may require active equalisation not provided by this passive assembly.

No published specifications for this item yet.
This passive cable has no active components, so it produces no noise, no heat and draws no power during continuous use.
You need a source with a 15-pin HD male port and a display or switcher with five 75Ohm BNC female inputs to match the cable ends.
The 3-foot model has a shorter spread than the 18in (460mm) spread found on 6ft and longer versions, so it may not reach widely spaced BNC ports on large legacy routers.
