Converts UVC camera video to HDMI at 4K 30Hz while powering the camera via USB-A
This media converter turns a UVC-compliant camera into an HDMI video source for monitors, TVs, capture cards or video switchers. It accepts the video stream over USB-A while simultaneously supplying power to the camera so recording or streaming sessions are not cut short by battery drain. An on-screen display controlled by a mouse lets you adjust resolution, rotation and colour settings, and firmware can be updated when required.
The adapter outputs up to 4K resolution at 30 Hz, which is sufficient for most live-streaming, conferencing and content-creation workflows. Higher frame-rate or higher-resolution pipelines exceed the device's specified capability and would require a different converter.
It replaces a direct USB connection to a computer when you need the camera feed on an HDMI display, a hardware switcher or a capture card without relying on host software. The jump is worthwhile when uninterrupted power to the camera and a dedicated HDMI path are required for production reliability.

Yes, the converter passes the UVC signal to HDMI at up to 4K 30 Hz and simultaneously supplies power to the camera through the same USB-A connection, so the Pocket 3 stays charged even when the display only accepts 1080p.
Watch the status LED: a steady light means a stable video connection is active, while a blinking pattern indicates the device is still negotiating the link or has detected an issue.
The box contains only the converter unit; you will need to supply your own HDMI cable for the output and a USB mouse if you want to adjust resolution, rotation or colour settings via the on-screen display.
