Conduit Body Aluminum Cover 5PK

This pack contains five aluminum covers sized for 2-1/2 to 3 inch conduit bodies. They protect wiring connections inside compatible conduit fittings. Electricians and maintenance teams use them to close junction points in commercial and industrial raceway systems. The aluminum construction resists corrosion in damp or outdoor locations.

Suits installers closing 2-1/2 to 3 inch conduit

The covers fit only the stated trade-size range, so they will not work on smaller or larger conduit bodies. Buyers needing different trade sizes, alternative materials such as steel or non-metallic covers, or integrated gaskets should select a different product. The five-pack quantity may exceed the needs of a single small job.

Trade size 2-1/2 to 3 inch

This single specification determines whether the cover matches the conduit body on site. Verify the conduit body trade size before ordering to avoid a mismatch that would leave the junction exposed.

Questions about this item

Does the 250300 cover generate any heat or noise when installed in a conduit run?

The 250300 is a passive aluminum cover with no moving parts or electrical components, so it produces no heat or noise during operation.

What conduit body must I already own for the 250300 cover to fit correctly?

The 250300 cover is designed for 2-1/2'' to 3'' conduit bodies, so you need a matching body of that trade size for proper installation.

Will the 250300 cover work with older steel conduit bodies I already have in place?

Yes, the 250300 aluminum cover fits standard 2-1/2'' to 3'' conduit bodies regardless of the body material, provided the threads and dimensions match.
