Measures foam hardness to DIN 53505, ISO 868, ISO 7619, ASTM D 2240 and JIS K 7215 with average calculation, peak hold, low-battery alert and USB or Bluetooth data output
The LANDTEK HT6510F is a digital hardness tester built for measuring foam and sponge materials. It conforms to DIN 53505, ISO 868, ISO 7619, ASTM D 2240 and JIS K 7215. The unit includes average calculation, peak value hold and an under-voltage alarm. Data can be transferred to a PC via USB or optional Bluetooth output.
Switch the tester on, press the indenter against the sample and read the value on the digital display. The average function reduces the effect of surface variation while the peak hold captures the maximum reading. A low-battery warning prevents unreliable results. Connect the USB cable to a computer for logging; choose the Bluetooth option if a cable-free link is preferred.
This durometer suits technicians who must document foam hardness to the listed international standards. It is not intended for solid rubber, plastics or metal hardness testing. Buyers who require a Shore A, Shore D or IRHD scale should select a different instrument. The single-unit pack covers one testing station.

Check that the display shows a stable zero reading before pressing the indenter into foam, then verify the peak-hold value matches the expected Shore F hardness range for your material.
The box contains the durometer unit; a USB cable for PC data output is included, while the optional Bluetooth module for wireless transfer is sold separately.
The HT6510F model is the correct version — it meets ISO 868, ISO 7619, ASTM D2240, DIN 53505 and JIS K7215 for foam hardness measurement.
