Questions about this item

How much power does the ND9A draw when it runs all day at 114 dB?

The calibrator is powered by a single 9 V 6F22 battery; no mains supply or current-draw figure is published.

What microphone sizes can I calibrate with the ND9A without buying extra adapters?

It accepts 1-inch and 1/2-inch microphones directly for sensitivity calibration.

Will the ND9A still meet the ±0.3 dB accuracy spec if I use it with a meter that only complies with the older IEC 942 standard?

Yes — the calibrator conforms to GB/T 15173, ANSI S1.40 and IEC 942, so it remains within ±0.3 dB at 94 dB and 114 dB when paired with meters built to any of those standards.
