Questions about this item

Which HP cartridge must I already have to use this Q2670A 309A black refill kit?

You need an empty HP Q2670A 309A black cartridge from a Color LaserJet 3500, 3550 or 3700 series printer.

Can I refill the colour cartridges in my 3500n with this kit?

No, this kit only refills the black Q2670A 309A cartridge; the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges require separate colour refill kits.

How do I confirm the reset chip on the refilled cartridge is recognised by my 3700dn?

After installing the refilled cartridge, the printer control panel should show full toner level for black and allow printing without a replace-cartridge message.
