Questions about this item

Will this magenta refill kit work with the SPC310HA cartridge already in my Ricoh SP C231?

Yes, the kit is designed to refill the 406477 cartridge also known as SPC310HA used in the SP C231, C232, C242 and C320 models.

How can I confirm the reset chip has been recognised after I refill the cartridge?

Install the refilled cartridge; the printer control panel should show the magenta toner level restored to full and allow printing without a replace-toner warning.

Does the package include a replacement waste-toner container or just toner powder and the chip?

The kit supplies magenta toner powder, a reset chip and step-by-step instructions; a waste-toner container is not included and must be sourced separately.
