Yellow Toner Refill Kit for Ricoh Type 145

This Laser Tek Services refill kit supplies yellow toner plus a reset chip for Ricoh CL-4000, SP C410DN, SP C411DN and SP C420DN printers using the 888309 cartridge. It is designed for offices and home users who want to replenish an existing Type 145 cartridge rather than buy a brand-new unit.

Consistent Output Across Multiple Refill Cycles

The kit is engineered so that a single cartridge can be reused up to three times while maintaining sharp, even colour density on every page. Step-by-step instructions guide the user through the process, helping to avoid spills and ensuring the reset chip registers correctly with the printer.

Replaces Disposable OEM Cartridges for Type 145

Instead of discarding the original 888309 cartridge after one use, this refill extends its service life and cuts waste. The jump makes sense for any environment printing regularly in colour where the cost per page and landfill reduction are priorities, but it is not suited to printers outside the listed Ricoh Type 145 series.

Questions about this item

How does the yellow toner refill kit affect the power draw of my Ricoh SP C410DN during long print runs?

The refill kit contains only toner powder and a reset chip; it does not alter the printer's power consumption.

Which Ricoh printer models and cartridge numbers must I already own to use this Type 145 yellow refill?

You need a Ricoh CL-4000, SP C410DN, SP C411DN or SP C420DN with an empty 888309 yellow cartridge.

Will the reset chip on this refill work with older Ricoh CL-4000 firmware that I have not updated?

The chip is engineered for Type 145 cartridges used in the listed models; firmware compatibility follows the printer's original cartridge recognition.
