What this cartridge does

This LD Products CE390A MICR toner prints machine-readable checks on compatible HP LaserJet printers. The formulation includes iron particles that let banking scanners read the MICR line. It fits the M4555 and 600 series models listed in the specifications.

Installation notes

The cartridge drops into the printer like the original HP 90A unit and requires no tools or firmware steps. Because it is a remanufactured shell rebuilt with up to 85% new internal parts, the chip should register immediately; if the printer shows a non-HP supply warning, acknowledge it and continue printing.
