  • 2-inch no-lead bronze adapter for potable-water plumbing

  • Bronze body resists corrosion in hot and cold water systems
  • Brand-new fitting ready for immediate installation

2" No-Lead Bronze Female Adapter

This 2-inch bronze adapter connects a no-lead insert to a female NPT thread for potable-water plumbing. It meets no-lead requirements and carries the Proposition 65 warnings required for sale in California. The fitting is supplied new from Legend Valve and suits residential or light-commercial water lines.

Replaces Leaded Brass Fittings

The adapter upgrades older leaded-brass couplings to a no-lead bronze alloy that satisfies current drinking-water regulations. The change is worth it when a project must pass inspection under modern no-lead codes or when the installer wants a single material spec across the whole system.

For Plumbers On No-Lead Jobs

This fitting suits plumbers and contractors working on potable-water systems that require no-lead components and Proposition 65 compliance. It is not for gas piping, high-pressure hydraulic circuits, or applications that demand a different thread standard or a larger bore than the 2-inch NPT connection provides.
