Legend Valve 800-652 3" Temperature Gauge 1/2" MPT Thermowell accessory

Temperature Gauge for Hydronic Systems

This 3-inch temperature gauge includes a 1-inch probe and a 1/2-inch MPT thermowell for direct immersion in hydronic heating circuits. It is intended for installers and facility technicians who need a local temperature reading on boilers, radiators or piping without removing the sensor from the process.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The dial reads from 60 to 280 degrees Fahrenheit, covering the normal operating range of residential and light-commercial hydronic loops. Because the thermowell isolates the probe from flow velocity and pressure spikes, the indication remains stable during continuous circulation and repeated burner cycles.

Selection Decider

The 1/2-inch male pipe thread on the thermowell is the single specification that determines fit; the connection must match an existing tapped port or fitting on the boiler or piping. Verify thread size and probe insertion depth before ordering, as no other mounting hardware is included.
