HS-808 Hydro Separator Body C

The Legend Valve HS-808 Hydro Separator Body C is a new hydronic component designed for residential and light-commercial heating systems. It combines air elimination, dirt separation and hydraulic decoupling in a single brass body. Installers fitting boilers, heat pumps or solar thermal circuits will use it to protect circulators and emitters from micro-bubbles and debris.

Installation notes

The unit arrives assembled with an automatic air vent, check valve, fill-and-purge valve, connector nuts and washers so no extra fittings are required for a standard connection. Thread the nuts onto the system piping, orient the body vertically with the air vent upward, then open the purge valve to flush debris before commissioning. The most common error is mounting the separator horizontally, which prevents the air vent from releasing trapped gas.
