Scale and Subject

This 1/72 scale diecast model replicates the Sikorsky SH-3G Sea King helicopter marked 149925/UA 26 of Fleet Composite Squadron 1, Blue Alii, NAS Barbers Point, Hawaii during the 1970s. It is made of diecast metal with some plastic parts for a heavy, realistic feel. Detailed exterior features include realistic panel lines, antennas, access panels and an opening side door. The model arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging.

Display and Accessories

An included display stand allows immediate shelf or desk presentation without extra hardware. The officially licensed product is brand new in its original box, so collectors receive a pristine item straight from the factory. True-to-scale detail across the airframe makes it suitable for enthusiasts of military history and naval aviation. No assembly or additional purchases are required to complete the display.

Critical Specification

The 1/72 scale fixes the model's physical size at approximately 9.5 inches in length with a 9 inch rotor diameter, determining whether it fits a given display area or matches an existing collection. Buyers who need a different scale or a larger footprint will not be served by this replica. The specific squadron markings and 1970s era configuration also limit appeal to those focused on that exact variant.
