Leitz NeXXt 40-sheet stapler

The Leitz NeXXt 55657094 is a full-strip metal stapler that handles up to 40 sheets in one press. Patented Direct Impact Technology delivers jam-free stapling whether the unit is used on a desk or held in the hand. A brushed metallic finish and rubber feet give it a stable, professional presence on any work surface.

Suits high-volume desk users.

This model suits offices, schools and home workers who regularly bind thick reports or handouts and want reliable, effort-free performance. The integrated staple remover and adjustable anvil add flexibility for open or closed stapling plus tacking tasks. Buyers who only staple a few sheets at a time or need a compact unit for a mobile kit will find the 40-sheet capacity and metal construction more than they require.

Starter staples and 180° latch speed reloads

A starter set of staples is included so the stapler works straight from the box. The 180° secure latch opens fully for quick, no-fumble reloads, while the adjustable anvil switches between permanent and temporary clinches without tools. These features cut downtime during heavy mailing or filing sessions and keep the workflow moving.

Questions about this item

What staple size does the Leitz 55657094 NeXXt stapler require for its 40-sheet capacity?

Use standard full-strip staples; the starter pack in the box is matched to the patented Direct Impact Technology.

Can I keep using my existing staple remover tool or does the integrated one replace it?

The integrated staple remover is built into the metal body, so a separate tool is not needed for routine staple removal.

How do I verify the Direct Impact Technology is working correctly after loading staples?

Staple a test stack of up to 40 sheets; the patented mechanism should deliver a jam-free, flat-clinch staple every time.
