This 240 watt power supply replaces the original PSU in HP 6200, 8000 and 8300 systems. It accepts 100 to 240 volt input at 50 or 60 hertz for worldwide use. The unit ships new and includes only the power supply itself. Builders needing higher wattage or a different form factor should look elsewhere.

Capacity and headroom at 240W

The supply delivers up to 16 amps on the main 12 volt rail and 16 amps on the CPU 12 volt rail. A 1.3 amp 12 volt standby rail and a 0.15 amp minus 12 volt rail are also provided. Total combined output is capped at 240 watts, so configurations with power-hungry add-in cards will exceed the limit.

Compact build with proprietary connectors
