Direct Replacement Keypad

The Lenco Marine 30343-001 is a direct replacement LED key pad for the 15270-001 and 15271-001 trim tab control units. It restores tactile switching and backlit visibility for boat owners repairing a worn or damaged helm interface.

Consistent Tactile Response

The switch array maintains its actuation feel and LED illumination during extended periods at the helm. Sealed construction resists salt spray and vibration so performance does not degrade after repeated daily use in harsh marine environments.

Simple Helm Installation

The keypad mates to the existing controller housing with the original fasteners and connector, requiring no new wiring or dash modification. The only common issue is forgetting to clean the mounting surface, which can prevent a watertight seal.

Questions about this item

Does the 30343-001 key pad generate noticeable heat when left powered on during a long day on the water?

The replacement LED key pad uses low-current tactile switches with integrated LEDs, so it runs cool during extended operation.

Which existing Lenco trim-tab system must I already have for this 30343-001 panel to connect and function?

It is a direct replacement for the 15270-001 and 15271-001 control units; one of those systems must be installed.

Will the 30343-001 panel work alongside the original 15270-001 or 15271-001 wiring harness I am keeping on the boat?

Yes, the key pad is designed to plug into the existing harness for those models without modification.
