Refurbished ThinkPad T450S for business users

This refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad T450S is a 14.0 inch business Ultrabook running Windows 10 Home 64-Bit. It uses an Intel Core i5-5300U processor at 2.30 GHz with 8GB of DDR3L memory and a 256GB SATA SSD. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 drives the non-touch display. The unit is Grade A condition with AC adapter included.

Suits mobile professionals needing a light 14 inch

Buyers who want a lightweight 14.0 inch laptop with Windows 10 Home, integrated graphics and a SATA SSD for office applications will find this configuration suitable. The 8GB DDR3L memory supports typical business multitasking. Users who need a touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity or a dedicated graphics processor should look at other models. The system supports up to 12 GB of memory if an upgrade is required later.

256GB SATA SSD defines storage speed and capacity

The 256GB SATA 2.5 inch SSD is the single specification that decides whether this ThinkPad T450S meets a buyer's storage requirements. It provides solid-state responsiveness for the operating system and business files within the 256GB capacity limit. No other drive is installed, so total storage is fixed at this amount unless the drive is replaced. The SATA interface determines the maximum transfer rate for this drive.

Questions about this item

Will the 8 GB DDR3L limit multitasking with many browser tabs?

The system ships with 8 GB DDR3L and supports up to 12 GB total, so heavy tab loads may push the memory ceiling unless you add a 4 GB module.

How loud or hot does the i5-5300U get during an all-day workload?

The integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 and low-power CPU keep heat modest; the fan spins up only under sustained load and stays quiet for typical office tasks.

Which peripherals or cables are missing from the box?

The package includes the AC adapter and built-in webcam; there is no Bluetooth module and the optical drive bay is empty, so add a USB Bluetooth dongle or external drive if needed.
