Refurbished ThinkCentre M73 SFF desktop

This refurbished Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 Small Form Factor desktop includes an Intel Core i3-4130 processor at 3.40GHz, 8GB of DDR3 memory, a 500GB hard drive and Windows 10 Professional 64-bit pre-installed. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 drives VGA and DisplayPort outputs. A DVD-ROM drive, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports complete the package.

Suits office and basic home use.

The system handles everyday office tasks, web browsing and media playback with its dual-core processor and 8GB of DDR3 RAM. Buyers who need more storage capacity, faster boot responsiveness or support for modern memory generations should consider other platforms. The Small Form Factor chassis limits internal expansion to low-profile cards only.

8GB DDR3 memory decides compatibility

This unit ships with 8GB of DDR3 memory installed. Any memory upgrade must use DDR3 modules; other DDR generations will not fit or function. Verify your workload fits within this capacity before purchase.

Questions about this item

What size chassis does the ThinkCentre M73 Small Form Factor need to fit into?

The M73 uses a Small Form Factor chassis that fits standard SFF desktop enclosures and rack shelves designed for that footprint.

How is the 8 GB DDR3 memory installed, and what step is often missed?

Open the side panel, align the notch on each DDR3 DIMM with the slot key, press firmly until both retention clips click, then verify 8 GB appears in BIOS before closing the case.

When will the 500 GB hard drive or DVD-ROM drive need replacement?

Replace the 500 GB HDD if SMART errors appear or performance drops, and swap the DVD-ROM drive if discs fail to read or eject reliably.
