Bag and ports expand utility

A padded laptop bag is included for protection during transport. Connectivity covers 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1, 1x USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI and a card reader, letting you attach displays, peripherals and memory cards without extra adapters.

Integrated graphics and fixed memory limit heavy

Intel Iris Xe graphics handles everyday video and light creative work but is not suited for demanding 3D rendering or modern gaming. The 8GB DDR4 is soldered and cannot be upgraded, so buyers who need more memory for virtualisation or large datasets should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 8GB DDR4 memory need an upgrade later?

The 8GB DDR4 is soldered and cannot be expanded, so heavy multitasking may require a replacement unit.

What limits sustained performance first on the i5-1135G7?

The 4.20 GHz turbo drops to 2.40 GHz base clocks once the thin chassis saturates its cooling capacity.

How loud and hot does the Flex 5i get during all-day use?

Fan noise stays low at idle but becomes audible under load; the 0.80-inch profile leaves little room for heat to dissipate.
