15.3" WUXGA touch laptop with 32 GB RAM

The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 is a 15.3 inch Windows 11 Pro laptop powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 8540U processor with integrated AMD Radeon 740M graphics. It ships with 32 GB DDR5 memory and a 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD. The IPS touch display covers 45% NTSC at 300 nits and a 60 Hz refresh rate.

Suited to office multitasking.

This configuration suits professionals who need ample memory for concurrent business applications and a responsive touchscreen for presentations. The 45% NTSC colour gamut limits accuracy for photo or video editing, so creators who require wider colour coverage should look elsewhere. Gamers needing discrete graphics performance will also find the integrated GPU insufficient.

512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD determines storage headroom

The single 512 GB NVMe drive sets the total capacity available for the operating system, applications and active project files. Users with large local media libraries or virtual-machine images will need external storage or a model offering a larger internal drive.

Questions about this item

Will my older USB-A 5 Gbps and HDMI 1.4 peripherals work with the two USB-A ports and HDMI 1.4 on this laptop?

Yes, the two USB-A ports run at USB 5Gbps and the HDMI 1.4 port supports up to 4K at 30 Hz, so existing cables and monitors connect directly.

How can I confirm the 15.3" WUXGA touch display is running at 1920 x 1200 and 60 Hz after setup?

Open Windows Display settings; the panel will show 1920 x 1200 resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate, and touch input responds immediately on the anti-glare IPS screen.

Does the box include a USB-C power adapter and are the 32 GB DDR5 RAM and 512 GB NVMe SSD already installed?

The 60 Wh battery ships with a matching USB-C power delivery 3.0 adapter, and the 32 GB DDR5 memory plus 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD are factory-installed.
