Lenovo M720Q Tiny Business Desktop

The Lenovo M720Q is a Tiny form-factor business desktop built around an Intel Core i7-8700T 6-core processor running at 2.40GHz with 12 MB L3 cache. It comes equipped with 16 GB DDR4 memory and a 512 GB SSD. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed. The unit is refurbished with a Grade A cosmetic rating.

Suits space-constrained offices.

This desktop fits users who need a compact, quiet PC for typical office applications, web browsing and multi-monitor setups via the HDMI port. Buyers who require a dedicated graphics card, internal expansion slots or additional 3.5-inch drive bays should look at a larger form factor. The Tiny chassis does not accommodate full-height add-in cards.

512 GB SSD capacity decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 512 GB solid-state drive. If your workload, operating system and local files fit comfortably within that space, the system is ready to deploy. Users with large media libraries, databases or virtual-machine images will need external or network storage.

Questions about this item

How noisy does the tiny chassis get when the Core i7-8700T runs all day?

The 2.4 GHz 6-core processor is a low-power T-series part, so the compact cooling system stays quiet during extended workloads.

Which display cable do I need to connect my existing monitor to the HDMI port?

The rear panel provides one HDMI video output, so a standard HDMI cable is all that is required.

Will my USB 3.0 keyboard and mouse work with the USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports?

Yes, the three USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports are fully backward compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 peripherals.
