Questions about this item

How does the 24-core i9 14900HX behave when all cores are loaded for long periods?

The 24-core i9 14900HX runs at a 2.2 GHz base clock and can reach 5.8 GHz on Turbo Boost; sustained all-core loads will sit at the base speed or the thermal limit the chassis enforces.

What noise and heat should I expect from the 15.1" chassis during all-day gaming?

The 13.58 x 10.05 x 0.84 inch, 4.1 lb body houses a 165 Hz OLED panel and an RTX 5070 8 GB GPU; fan noise and surface temperature rise noticeably under continuous load but stay within the design limits of the Legion 5 cooling system.

Which external display cables or docks work with the available video outputs?

The laptop provides one HDMI port and two USB-C ports; any monitor or dock that accepts HDMI or USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode can be connected without extra adapters.
