Legion 5 15.1" OLED 165Hz

The Lenovo Legion 5 is a 15.1-inch gaming laptop with a WQXGA OLED panel running at 165Hz. It is built around an Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPU with 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB PCIe SSD. Check ports and power before ordering

Verify that your external monitors can accept the HDMI output and that any USB-C peripherals match the two Type-C ports and three USB 3.0 Type-A ports on board. The laptop includes a wired Ethernet port and Wi-Fi 7 wireless, so confirm your network infrastructure supports the desired connection method. Ensure the 13.58 by 10.05 by 0.84 inch chassis fits your bag or workspace.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

The 20-core 20-thread Core Ultra 7 255HX reaches a 5.2GHz turbo frequency with a 30MB L3 cache, while the RTX 5070 handles graphics workloads. Under typical gaming loads the cooling system manages heat from both chips, and fan noise rises with sustained demand. The 4.1-pound unit draws power through its included adapter; battery life varies with screen brightness and workload intensity.
